Friendly, efficient and deliver what they promise to their clients!

I bought a car from M CARS SURREY LTD around 6 weeks ago and Hassan was the person that i dealt with. Before i came to M Cars, i had a horrible experience with a previous car dealership... i got a finance approved and when i needed to collect my car the previous car dealership pull out saying the car wasn't ready, etc, etc, etc... an absolute nightmare! However, Hassan from M Cars, was like on point, friendly, quick, efficient, no issues of any kind... like perfect! I met him and was driving my new car within 3-4 days. Wonderful and personal service.

I saw a car advertised on their site and drove over to look at it. I was met by Hassan who was busy with another customer (in fact the site seemed busy which I always take as a good sign when going somewhere new to buy something) and he politely said he would be over in a few minutes. He answered every question I had without hesitation but also without glossing over anything. He was not at all pushy or like many car salespeople. The car needed a few things finished as they had not had it long, and it was ready when he said it would be and we collected and loved our drive home! I would definitely refer anybody looking for a car to MCars. Thanks Hassan, you do the company proud.

Extremely pleased I found this dealer!

Friendly, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. I was collected from the station and test drove the car back to the sales location. I could have gone further and tested the cruise control if I had wanted too. Business was concluded swiftly and concisely. I couldn't have asked for more.

Very professional

Very good service received. Keys were given to take the car for a test drive and had no hassle. All the paperwork was sorted and they also taxed the car while I was there. Overall, very pleased with the service given.

M Cars was great - Hassan was friendly and professional, he walked us through the entire experience and set up my road tax for me before I left. Easy remote purchase with great service.

Purchased a 2008 Mini from M Cars remotely. Hassan was really helpful, sent us photos of the car and talked us through more details, managed the purchase with us and arranged for delivery 4 days later. The car matches exactly what was described to us. We were taking a risk purchasing remotely but it went well, primarily due to Hassan and M Cars. Recommended.

Saleem and his colleagues were very helpful and informative throughout the transaction and we are very happy with the car.

Really straight forward sale, went through all the details from history / MOT of car highlighting good and bad points (not many). Done a deal and away I was with the car.

No hassle what so ever. Staff where very pleasant and helpful. Bought an 09 polo from these guys for a great price. Unfortunately the ABS light came on a few days after buying the car but I took it back to these guys and they fixed the ABS sensor for me, free of charge, which solve the problem. Very very happy. :)

I can not fault them. They were patient and helpful with nothing too much trouble while i looked at and test drove endless cars. The car i chose needed some work done to it, this was no problem but then the mechanic fell ill and was off. On his return he and the owner bent over backwards, working late into the evening to ensure that the work was done including some extra bits that we were not aware of. They were brilliant and i would highly recommend them. For their honestly, standard of work and quality of cars.

Have bought 2 cars in 4 years from this company, cannot do enough for you. Would not hesitate to buy again in the future. Excellent 5 star service.

Great Service, Great Price. A Happy Customer

The car viewing was excellent by video as I am not local to the area, All of my questions were answered. Any issues with the car were pointed out without me having to ask. A delivery driver was booked by M Cars to deliver the vehicle to my home address. 12 months MOT was provided and a 3 month warranty. The timing belt was changed at a very reasonable cost and the car fully serviced. One small item needed to be repaired and this was done before I was asked to pay for the vehicle. I am very pleased with the service received, Hassan handled the sale expertly and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Bought a low mileage Vauxhall Astra recently. Great little car, in really good condition. M cars serviced it before purchase and put on new disks and pads. Only slight hitch was with the battery, but they refunded me the money for a new battery when I had to replace it a few days after I picked it up. All in all a great service with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend.

M Cars is a very professional set up. We went looking for a first car for my daughter and M Cars were very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at, insurance and previous MOT’s. They went out of their way to make sure we were a satisfied customer. We found the perfect car thanks to M Cars and they did a new MOT, and valeted the car for us to collect. They explained the warranty in detail and even did the tax for us so the car was ready to drive away. I would definitely recommend them. In fact we are going to go back to get a second car from them.

An excellent job by M Cars

It was an excellent experience. The salesperson was very warm and professional, he picked me up from the train station and dropped me off when I did the initial inspection. Good secondhand car dealer.

I would buy from them again, I bought my car from them in October last year and have waited a while before writing my review. The car has been very reliable. There was a fault with one of the rear door handles that I didn't pick up on for a few weeks. When I called M Cars about it they got it sorted for me on the warranty. They have been really good to deal with throughout so I'm pleased to give them a good review.

I found the site to be a little out of the way but it turned out to be a well stock one .I was left to look at the vehicles I'd asked to see with no pressure .the young man knew all the answers to my questions which was very reassuring .M Cars were very professional and courteous .I would definitely recommend this company .

Recent Car Purchase

I found M Cars via AutoTrader and made an enquiry via the AutoTrader website. After a couple of messages we had a call to discuss the purchase. We very quickly agreed a deal without any fuss. I found these guys very professional and polite without the nonsense that you get with so many car dealers. I collected the car a week later, they even picked me from the train station. Very friendly and helpful customer service from this dealer. Negotiated a fair price for my new convertible which I am picking up in a weeks time and it was a pleasure doing business. Car was as described in advertisement and I was given loads of time to check that it was the right one for me. Hoping that I won't need to use my 3 months free warranty but it is very nice to have that as standard. I will add a further review when I have driven the car long enough to ensure that everything is fine with it.

Customer service was A1, from booking the viewing, answering any questions, the salesman was knowledgable about the car when I viewed it, and was happy for his team to sort out a few cosmetic issues before delivery. The car was delivered as agreed by a very nice driver who made sure I had all the service books etc and was happy. Warranty details provided by email once delivered.
