BIMTA is the British Independent Motor Trade Association for independent dealers of used vehicles, particularly those importing from Japan. The only organisation recognized by government agencies such as DVLA, HMRC, and the department of transport, BIMTA works to protect consumers by verifying the authenticity of imported vehicles. Our Process:
1. Select the best vehicles
At M Cars Surrey we select the very best low mileage vehicles from Japan to suit the UK market. We only buy vehicles with verified mileage and an auction rating of 4 out of 5 and above!

2. Prep
Once the vehicle arrives in the UK, we do the IVA (if required), MOT and all conversion work necessary to make them indistinguishable from the UK stock.

3. Register
We get the necessary paperwork sent to DVLA to register the vehicle. The team at BIMTA within DVLA will issue a new V5 in order for the vehicle to be road legal in the UK.

4. Sell
The vehicle is professionally valeted, photographed and advertised on our website to be sold to a new loving home!
